Very nice place. Clean n natural environment in the nature camp. Good homely food n snacks. Cottages maintained nicely too. Extremely nice service n behaviour by the staff maintaining the camp. Our family, with our pets, we enjoyed thoroughly.ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4cud83dudc4c

Heaven on the Earth. That view of the waterfall from your cottage is priceless. Nice support staff and great food. 1.5 Km trekking to the waterfall through steps. You will enjoy the garden. Calm and serene. Lifetime experience. A must visit.

Room service is worst. In spite of several reminders they didn't even care to give towels and blanket. In chilling winters we had to sleep in the room like beggar's on the street. Lunch served at 3pm. Staffs don't know how to approach or behave the customers. Team manager is an unskilled, untrained, unfriendly and unprofessional person. The whole system is sick and needs lot of overhaul. Visitors are advised to take care while booking rooms because there's are 4 rooms in the basement where no service is given at all. Every time one have to come up to the main area above the hill top for food and service, which needs lot of effort, tiring and boring. Always book the rooms at the main site if only really need to stay here. If ofdc don't take care for the improvement of this property after some days none would come here. I had booked 7 suites and it was total waste of my money and time. I shall never come here again or recommend anyone to have a stay here. This place is totally controlled by sick peoples. Room size were great and food prepared, average to good in taste and variety..
