The Library is housed in three floored building. Presently Library is having more than 29000 Books and 18000 Bound Journal Library also subscribing more than 100 (55 National+ 45 International) periodicals.nThe R.N.T. Medical College Library was established in the year 1963. The R.N.T. Medical College Library was dedicated in the name of Dr. B.N. Sharma. Dr. B.N. Sharma was Director of Medical and Health Services of Rajasthan at Jaipur till 1962. He was given the Responsibility of being the First Principal and Controller of RNT Medical College, at Udaipur. He was also Head of the Department of Surgery and a very efficient energetic and successful surgeon. In his pioneer work in building up this institution at Udaipur, he encouraged the Development of a High class Library for the medical college, because he rightly believed that Library is the backbone of any teaching institution. He arranged adequate funds from the government of Rajasthan for the same.
