One of the best room under budget premium category! The service was excellent and the staffs are really kind enough to help us anytime! It was really a great stay. The location of the property is absolutely perfect for travellers! Everything was fine ,even they served us water bottles at 3 in the morning which is expected from a 5start property to serve you 24*7

The behavior of the staffs is highly unprofessional and pathetic. They will make you feel as if you owe them for your stay at their place and the quality of rooms too is substandard. The bathroom isn't clean and I could even see 2-3 cockroaches roaming near the toilet. I don't know how come they have such good ratings. Maybe their quality has undergone a significant decline over time. I highly recommend people to book this property only if they want a nightmare of an experience.

Clean, rooms are not that small... Bathrooms are clean with good sanitary fittings...

The first thing i would like to mention is the staff of this hotel is very polite. They care for your needs and give all the neccessary things. The morning breakfast was good in taste. Pure authentic bengali food.nMy stay here was for 7 days and it was a nice stay. Clean and well maintained rooms. Overall good hotel.
