I was apprehensive at first since not all places are 'safe'. However, I felt completely at home & safe during our stay. The room was comfortable & very very cozy. Bathrooms were clean too. Free wifi also available. It is hard to believe that you can avail the basic necessities at such reasonable rates. The hotel's location in Park Street is also a good reason to stay here.

Me and my friends visited kolkata in December 2019. We booked this hotel for 3 of us prior starting our journey. On arrival,the stuff demanded for full payment. She didn't even allow us to a glimpse of our room.After that they gave us a double beded room for 3 of us. As we demanded that we've booked for 3 people so they should give us an extra bed,then they asked for 1000 rupee more per night for an extra mattress. This wasn't mentioned earlier. Also, lavatory facilities wasn't good, commode seat was broken. If you're planning to stay here, make sure you check your room first.

It was one of the best HOTELnPARK VICTORIA which I had expirence it.nIt was a lovely stay with so helpful staffs so freindly especially the 2 lady receptionists which I had met was amazing she was very corporative professional and helpful to me.nAnd let me tell you the best part the washroom was amazing like 5 star hotels. So I would like to suggest all the people who are going to visit Kolkata Or the people who are living in Kolkata should visit this beautiful hotel once and can have the best expirence by staying in this lovely hotel.n☺☺☺ Thank you ud83dude0aud83dude0aud83dude0a
