Poorest possible service. Car was to come at 12noon but had not come till 2.20pm. And when it came, there were following problemsn1. Extremely dirty carn2. Papers not completen3. Fuel not full tank as per commitmentnAnd the solution given was that if you don’t like the service, please cancel the bookingnQUite a waste of time

Had booked Swift for 3 days. Picked up car from their office and dropped at the same location. Quick and hassle-free pickup, drop and documentation. Full refund received within a couple of working days.nCar was clean and had no issues.nComparatively cheaper than other competitors with unlimited kms in Kolkata.nPS:- You cannot cross 80kmph :( :P.nPros: Unlimited kilometres, pricing, first ride offernNote: The location in Google map was wrong ( around 1km far) at the point of booking, I have updated the correct location in maps.
