Very procrastinator staff, No one care how in trouble you are. Small task like changing mobile number can take 5 days in the Bank! experienced very bad service, delays in everything. Everyone trying to sale policies but no one try to listen and solve problem.

Very nice behaviour of employees,must visit and open account there. Axis bank is the best private bank in india,know their policies and scheme,better to having an account in Axis bank than other Govt. Bank like SBI and PNB.

The service of Bajpur Axis Bank is very poor compared to other cities in India, the behavior of the staff is also not good, I do not like to help, I pay attention to the customer who benefits the staff.
