Visited this hotel for one night stay in a business trip. So I booked this hotel though make my trip on the looks this hotel as it looked quite a standard hotel with a 3 star rating and pricing of appx 3500 with tax on make my trip. However there were some good things and at the same time some not so good and disappointing things about it.nnGoodnn1. Room - the room was comparatively clean and big in comparison to the locality , although you may find a couple of stains on the bedding. But satisfactory room size and make of the room. It quite mordern and can be compared to any upscale hotel.nn2. Food - The food was good. Actually satisfactory in taste and portion size.nn3. Hospitality - The staffs were hospitable and well mannered.nnNot so good thingsnn1. No amenities in room like locker, in-house slipper, tea coffee maker etc.nn2. No proper toiletries. I got one sachet of shampoo and one small bar of soap. There was a hand soap dispenser. No comb, shaving kit etc.nn3. MOST IMPORTANT ITS LOCATED ON 2ND FLOOR, SO HAD TO CARRY MY LUGGAGE AND CLIMB THE STAIRS TO THE RECEPTION.nn4. No in house laundry facilities.nnSo overall dissatisfied in comparison to what I paid for this hotel.
