Nice Hotel...Good food and ambience

Best food, both for veg and non veg,
I think is good
The hotel is run by fraudsters. We asked if we can arrive an hour before the checkin time to which they replied they'll allow us to do that only if we pay 1000 bucks extra for that. When we had no place to stay and called them again then they declined of any such thing.nThe hotel even after intimidation and charging us for extra people didn't give us any extra bedding, when asked they said it's finished and gave us blankets to put on the floor and sleep on.nEven the paid breakfast buffet is extremely lousy and the refills are so slow you'll want to leave.nThe rooms and the whole property is amazing but they need a change in staff or on their work ethic.
