Faced worst room service ever i visited to any hotels till date , Waited whole night to have one bottle of water bottle, wanted to place dinner but due to the phone line was continuously coming busy unable to place the order and eventually slept due to exhaustion ....again called in morning 6am to both Room service and Reception but none responded my calls. In place of any kind of apology the morning manager does not responded and laughed at my face as if they do not bother at all. I even called to Hotel owner and explained everything and he said he is coming to meet me but still waiting. My room no. is 105 Date 13.12.2021 time 9.10am. I am still continuing this room lets see whats the arrangement done. #Ruined Sunday @Hotel Birendra Prabha, Ambikapur

Food taste was not good. Manager told on my feedback, main cook's duty gets off at 9.30 pm. Helper made your food, thats why the taste was not found good.nWhen helper books food then cost should be half.... Right ud83dudc4d

A nice place to stay.. the restrunant is serving north indian, south indian and chinese cuisine. The food is very nice
