Worst service.. This hotel was so famous from long time.. But pathetic service now a days.. For food and tea need to call many times.. My friends from outstation stayed there and I felt ashamed in front of them.. Please change the way you people are giving services..

Average hotel but as there is not much option in nagaon so it can be good. Its location is best. It is middle of the city and all facility available nearby. Whenever u stay here please don't order food from here it is very costly food and low quality. Workers are good and cooperative. There is english style toilet but there is no jet spray provided, u have to use mug, it's very awkward

Hotel is good in terms of cleanness but the service is rediculous as you have to wait for atleast half an hour for any requirements. Also, the manager is so rude as if he is doing a favour. Room charge is little higher considering the place as Nagaon is not a metropolitan city.
