Good rooms considering the Area of location. Good Interiors work.nSafety Features are well maintained, except observed Fire Extinguishers which had Inspection and Refill date Overdue.nService time need to REDUCE.nFood is Good but price is on higher side.

Go for the main blue bird hotel.nThis hotel is poor in terms of facilities.

Don't book this one from Oyo . They will charge money from you and when you reach hotel stuff will say we don't work with Oyo .nnI had that experience on last week and I didn't got my money back yet.nnLatter on I need search other hotels all around Nagaon .nnThat's how they miss lead the customer.nn* Facility seems to be good here.n* But it's try are mistake that they didn't stop Oyo booking if they still don't work.

The ambience of the hotel is good, but the hotel lacks the most important thing - HOSPITALITY....have stayed in many hotels, but haven't seen such a dull & pathetic response from the hotel staff...I stayed on 1st August in Room 213 for a night & ordered my veg thali lunch to my room. It took them 1 hour 15 minutes to serve me. When asked them about this delay, they said the order wasn't given. To prove them I can't record the telephone conversation right. For dinner I ordered Paneer pulav, it was total different taste than regular pulav, may be due to some different oil being used. Inside the room, the towel was very dirty, geyser wasn't working, door wasn't locking properly, no toilet tissue paper & many more. Though I understand for a small town like Nagaon we can't expect 5 star facilities but this hotel is lagging the very basic facilities & basic courtesies. The reception staff are not trained properly. While ordering breakfast in the restaurant it took them 40 minutes to serve.nnOverall I will say that, this hotel may be the best one in terms of ambience but don't expect hospitality or services.

Rate is too high with less facility. Toilet is dirty (refer to the images). Hotel not accepting prepaid payment. They informed after I reached the hotel.
