Great place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. And it's less than 10 minutes away from pretty much everything

We stay here through comp rooms for Harrah’s and we love it here. The staff is super friendly and always helpful! The rooms have always been really clean. This hotel has the best view of mountains and it’s our favorite place to stay especially waking up in the morning and seeing the fog come down in the valley of the mountains!

Decent experience at the Cherokee Lodge, however definitely overpriced. Charged me over $140 for one night's stay in a smoking, pet-friendly room. I rarely stay at motels, generally prefer to camp because it is so much cheaper. Thanks for reminding me why!nnIf you're on a motorcycle and for whatever reason can't spend a few nights in a tent, sure this place will do the trick, but be prepared to pay for it! The room I stayed in likely isn't indicative of the rest of the establishment, as it was a smoking room, however it was very dark, outdated, and generally not what you'd expect for $140/night.nnDespite the high prices and outdated rooms, the staff were kind and professional, which earned them a third star.

Unprofessional office staff and maintenance man. The rooms are not being cleaned properly like they advertised due to COVID-19. The location is convenient so I’ll give this two stars and the room was able to get cold quickly but the sheets or something on our beds made us itchy.
