SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Westfield

Stayed here a few different times and each time has been great. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are always clean and well stocked. Even with COVID restrictions the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and provides relaxation for my family.

Overall a nice hotel. The front desk was noticeably friendly when we arrived and also every time we came down to the lobby. Also we had a few requests, like extra coffee and they were more than happy to help. The room was clean and we observed the elevator being wiped down numerous times during our stay (COVID). The room was quiet. Due to COVID the complementary breakfast was wrapped items (muffins, bagels, English muffins), also fruit/nut bars, hard boiled eggs & cheese, fresh fruit, orange juice and coffee. The bar was closed. There was also machines for snacks. The only issue I have is that when I made my reservation it was for the senior rate - and when I got the bill via the app, 2 days was the senior rate and 1 day was not. When questioned it upon leaving was told that was the discount rate. I have done a lot of traveling in my lifetime (am a member of Marriott) and never have I had different prices for different days - when making a reservation am always quoted one price for the room (Not different price for different days). I have approx 53 days at Marriott and plenty of days at numerous other brands and this is a first for me. When got home checked online and the quote says (average rate), and never had this happen before. A nice touch however is the bronze dog sculptures by the front entry which makes it homey. Location is good and is being built up - a Wendy's on the corner and a Family Express almost finished.

Really nice lobby bar - comfortable and great place to meet up with others. Easy access on/off 31 and so close to Grand Park.

Very clean. Large spacious areas to be able to eat and hang out while distanced.

CS at desk is wonderful. We would like the pool warmed up a bit and maybe an extra washer. Room was clean and we liked the partition between the beds and pullout. Location was great for Grand Park.
