Good, clean, and behaviour of staffs is really good.

Good hotel in chapra but have disappointed service facility. Staffs were not upto mark always give excuses. Overall hotel management is poor but standard of hotel is good in terms of ambience. Room t.v and ac not working properly . Washroom having no shaver and cleanse is ok.

When I gave this hotel a bad rating and bad review the staff of this hotel called me on my no. and started arguing with me that I should not have given this hotel a bad rating. Worst hotel and worst staff.
