The hotel has lost its gestures and welcoming behaviours. Once what used to be the pride of Patna is just Now involved into money making business. No renovations, same old tasting food, new way to show that you are uber classy by adding dishes from Google into the menu. Times have changed you need to work upon.

The best hotel of Patna, Bihar. Though its not a 5 star hotel but yes I would strongly recommend this hotel. Because the food here is quite tasty and not just one but all of them and staff are also super friendly and helpful. Loved each corner of the hotel and even the restaurant.

The old quality and service is lost. It's just a prestige brand right now. The service is not the same and food is not great. Rooms are good though.
