Great nights sleep! Clean, fresh & friendly service. Pool was warm & nice. I was surprised how good the hot breakfasts were & they had great individual service during Covid. Perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway in the fall. Very close to cave tours & beautiful, historic, downtown. Plenty of shopping & amazing food nearby!

The hotel had a funky smell that hit you in face when you walked in. They are pet friendly which is great but pet policy is confusing. You can't bring pet thru lobby, you can only use side doors. Which is great except the side doors are Exit only. The keys don't work to re-enter the hotel. Not sure how we are to get our pets back in after taking out to do their duty. Because of this the side doors were constantly being propped open creating a safety issue. Anyone can enter the building now. The room was decent however we found a used glove on the floor at the end of the bed. I was happy to see them using mask and gloves but I wasn't happy to have to dispose of said glove. The doors were clearly marked that mask were necessary however I did see that the front desk person was allowing people in without mask. I wish that she had at least commented that the mask was necessary. I do have to say that this is one of the better hotels in Cordon if you're looking for a pet friendly place.

We we're so happy and excited to stay here seemed nice and clean front desk staff was nice. Then we found bed bugs in the room.

Nice rooms, plenty of towels, really great pillows. Mattress is a bit hard.

Terrible experience. Hot tub didn't work, overpriced for what you get.
