I HIGHLY recommend staying at the story inn. We stayed at the Treaty house. It was unbelievable. The hot tub was magical, the hammock dreamy and the cabin was perfect. The heated floors made a November stay everything we wanted. We got to know some of the staff while eating at the tavern and had the BEST.. I mean BEST pulled pork. Order the cowboy special, you won’t be disappointed.nTruly 100/10 place. We just happened upon it and we will never stay anywhere else when we are in southern Indiana.

Lovely bed and breakfast! Cottages and inn rooms are both great, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is quaint! Short drive to downtown Nashville.nnWe were married here and love going back! It is an awesome place.

We had brunch today and it was off the charts. Our server was prompt, courteous and attentive. The burger was unbelievable as was the home made hash. FYI - the French fries May have been the best I’ve ever had. Amidst all of this is one heck of a location - beautiful / rustic and worth the trip.

In October, I had the opportunity to photograph a wedding elopement ceremony at Story Inn. The venue itself was stunning, but the fall colors were a dream! The inn is in the most quaint little town, surrounded by a beautiful forest of trees right off Brown County State Park. My couple pledged their lives and love to one another under the twinkle lights of the barn, and we were able to use various spaces throughout their property for their portraits afterward.nnBeing able to have a comfortable, beautiful place to stay coupled with a spot offering delicious food... what more could you want for an intimate elopement ceremony? I would highly recommend!
