Booked a hotel for my boyfriend who is a US Army soldier. He's been driving for 11 hours and I initially booked him a hotel which I didn't read the reviews that it had bed bugs! So I booked him at Country Inn & Suites and had a fantastic experience. Will - at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel less stressed and at ease. Beautiful new hotel and very clean room. Exceptional. Thank you!

Everything about this place was perfect! We booked very last minute ( 20 mins before arrival). Check in was quick, they were nice enough to offer a different room away from the multiple rooms filled with a football team that our orginal room was next to. The room was immaculately clean to go along with the rest of the hotel. They offer a hot breakfast that sadly we didnt get to enjoy due to needing to leave before it began. They have a beautiful patio with a gas firepit with lots of seating as well as an indoor pool and fitness center. We are so very happy with our stay here!

It was built two years ago and they did a great job. It looks really nice and it's very clean and comfortable. We tipped the front clerk well because he recommended an excellent restaurant and helped us out with things we needed to have in our room.

Great new hotel. The rooms, beds, and pillows were comfortable. I feel asleep easily as the rooms were quiet as well. Bathroom was very clean, shower head was nice. The service and responsiveness of the staff was stellar. The hotel was a great value.

This is my new go-to hotel in Lawrence. I've stayed here the last two times I've been to visit. It's on the outer edge of town away from the hustle and bustle. I can see the stars at night. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the pillows are magnificent! The water pressure in the shower is outstanding. The toilet flushed perfectly, no problems, and the room was very clean. I walked around barefoot and the bottoms of my feet stayed clean. AND no bugs of any kind. There is a microwave and mini fridge in room. The walls are a little thin but that wasn't an issue because the guests weren't loud. They have a gym and an indoor salt water pool with user friendly hours. Both 6a.m. to midnight. Again, extremely clean. There's a very nice outside sitting area in the back of the hotel. Breakfast was comparable to most continental breakfasts (Cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, etc.) They serve a little hot breakfast during the first half. They had eggs and sausage during our stay. The parking lot is well lit. It feels very safe and the hotel has multiple entrances that open with your room key. Check out is at noon. I would suggest being a radisson rewards member. It brings down the cost of the room.nSide note...Masks are required in Lawrence.
