Thane being a crowded place Its very difficult to get out of Thane at peak time. To get rickshaw we have to stand for long time in long queue. If we catch bus, that will also take much time to dodge traffic & reach destination. Lot of things can be improved. It's general people who get affected the most..

Be careful from the guys who stands as volunteers asking passengers their destinations and directing you towards autos. If you say a far off destination he will direct you to his auto and take you to your destination from a longer route. Otherwise this que arrangement is excellent. Very very long queues especially in the evening.
