Located very close to the New Delhi railway station on the Pahargunj side, it's quite a small, neat and well-maintained hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the railway station, it has very friendly and helpful staff.nThe check-in and check-out were quick. For extraneous reasons I had to extend my stay and it was taken care of without any problemnThe complimentary breakfast was a buffet, it was sufficient and nutritiousnOn the down side, the water was never hot, and the TV did not work throughout my stay...

I stayed for 4 days and here's the unbiased feedbacknnConsn1) Not hot water any of the days. Despite repeated calls to room service, they didn't fix itn2) The TV was fairly useless. They hadn't subscribed to 90% of the channels. No sports, or English channels. Only few Hindi newsnnProsn1) Location is great. Center of the city with good access to metron2) Staff were courteous even though they couldn't help much

Rooms and the room service food are a disaster.nRooms are nothing like the pictures. It's in a complete run down.nThe room that we booked was supposed to be good for 3 adults and an infant. When we entered the room, there was an attendant making the other bed (the main bed was a king), which was a single mattress placed on the floor. Had to request for towels. Everything was dirty(linen, floor, surfaces etc.)nWe asked for a band-aid, they din't have any(so basically, they don't have even a basic first-aid box) and no dental kits even on request.nWe arrived only at 1am after a long flt., else would have never stayed there.

Very Near to new delhi railway station paharganj side, good place, nice rooms, little pricey for the room type and space, but overall nice hotel, good interior, easily accessible from anywhere in delhi, only minus point is the kitchen is outside. So, the food takes time to prepare. Before was rooftop kitchen which added to the dinner experience at nights.
