Worst staff on the reception. They literally insult you, if you are a couple even if you are a tourist and submit your ID proof. Our IDs clearly showed we are from Mumbai, we had paid 7,000 INR online for our 3 days stay, no refund given!! At least refund your clients if you're rejecting them a room!! My best trip became my worst nightmare after an early morning, sleepless flight and then searching for a hotel in emergency the whole morning.

Very nice hotel! Great great staff, they are very helpfull and friendly. They are taking care so much and helping every guest when needed.nRooms are big, nice and clean! Also good prices and a nice place to eat.nGreat experience!!

A below average hotel. No toilet accessories at all no toothbrush etc. 1st time I visit a hotel without toothbrush. Breakfast area was very small. Wanna sit down to enjoy n finish my cup of tea but was chase out to make way for others. STRONGLY recommend not to have breakfast there

Hotel staff were very welcoming and always said hello or asked how you were. We booked a two day private tour with driver through the hotel, which made our trip much more straightforward. They even sent someone with us to find nearby ATMs, as the roads surrounding are bust. WiFi was pretty good, room fairly modern and comfortable. You can hear down road noise from outside, but it's not too bad. Biggest problem was that at some point in the morning, we could smell cigarette smoke wafting into the room and some noise from another guest early morning.
