Despite of covid19 times staff managed everything beautifully and warmly.. Food is though OK but I can't complain because of the situations...

The amenities of the hotel are good. Staff behaviour is good and polite. Cleaning was good. Just had a breakfast there. Options are less in breakfast. Overall my experience was good.

Rooms are big and all basic amenities were present. Staffis well mannered.nThe linen was not clean and house keeping reset the used linen portraying it to be new. So i got it changed on call. Rest everything was good. I ordered food online. Didn't try hotel food. There is no restaurant nearby as it is located in auto market of karol bagh. Parking is tight and not easily available.

Rooms are clean and all basic amenities were present. Staff members are well mannered and really helpful when needed.nSpecial thanks to Navin singh for his hospitality and cooperation. The place is close to metro and shopping prescient of Karol bagh.

I cancelled my booking on time, as per their terms and conditions, they have to refund 50% amount but still i didn't receive refund after cancelled the booking. Now more than half a month is gone, i am continuing conversation with them over phone and email. Please be careful while choosing the hotel if somehow you need to cancel the booking then don't expect the refund.
