Stayed there for 8long days.5mins walk from Karol Bagh metro station.very close to Karol Bagh market.the moment u get down , u get whatever u want.all the shops r nearby.neatly maintained.very good service.very polite and helpful staffs.N ofcousre u must try food from restaurant chill out,which is part of the hotel.they give u such awesome delicious food.food is must try.nnNegatives:though they accept cards,but still they insist u on paying by cash.and they should also have a proper electronic billing system.

We had booked 2 super deluxe rooms for 6 adults. However, we were given only deluxe rooms and upon asking we were given some lame reasons that to all rooms are same. However, in Goibibo you could find two room categories with different price and size. Upon insisting we were given one super deluxe room and for the other the manager said its occupied. The deluxe rooms are very small, super deluxe room little better, the fittings and linens were very poor and the service was worst. Just look at the door latch. Breakfast had limited options.nnOnly plus point is its near metro and market place. Bathrooms were clean. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families. Maybe for one night stay it's ok.

Small Rooms but clean rooms and toilet. The Hotel is located in market place so parking and traffic congestion is a problem. Break fast was not that great, they serve it in a restaurant attached to the hotel. But you get good road side food if you interested. Though the rooms are small the hotel is located near Karol Baug Market and Metro. Staff is welcoming and always at service. Good to stay one or two nights only.
