Unethical Hotel, the bills of the room service imposed when the service was not taken at the time of check-out. No cleaning of the room for consecutive stay, complimentary water bottle given only on the first day out of 4 days stay. Extremely pathetic staff breakfast served from some outside place. Smoking smell in the room from adjacent rooms. Not a soundproof place. Please avoid the stay here. Blackmailing kind of hotel mineral water not taken bill imposed, chai not ordered in the room bill imposed. Pathetic Experience.

Very central in delhi and staff were accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and even though we didn't pay for included breakfast, they provided a buffet breakfast for free!

I had a word with one of the executive over call he gave me tarriff for 2 without breakfast 2200 so i requested him I'll take 40days ina years he took my number and told me his sales team will call me tmrw morining so no1 cld me and today when i cld property they said our final tarrif is 2400 and very unprofessional person over call said he might have given you but can't give u that rate and was talking to other people also during my call . So what can u expect from this kind of hotels... Thank you who so ever you are mr... There are plenty of options available in karolbagh.....
