This 5 star rating is for the room service they provide. No complaints on that.nnFound few issues with the ac.. But they were quick to respond by changing the room to another one that had an ac working perfectly.

Excellent hotel with good staff and we stayed 02 days in this hotel, staff is very good and we ordered food around 12 PM in the night and they served with good taste and rooms are very clean and as it is near to Karol Bagh market, its easy to reach any other places and also its 5 minutes walk away distance from Karol Bagh Metro... Totally i can give 5/5 starts.. Thanks to Hotel Metro view for very well hospitality.. we have booked the room from Bangalore.,

It was my bad experience in this hotel, I lost my things there on Feb 20..I can sure it's from the hotel coz we check CCTV.. beware with your things before leave or when your in the room.. Not all the staff are kind person. ud83dudd75‍♂ud83dude0a
