Worst customer experience with Aquarist. They show you very good designs in beginning. After finalizing the designs through whatsapp, their sales guy asks for 40-50% advance payment. Just after you agree to pay advance payment, their Sales Representative reaches your home to collect the cheque or cash, and then they start extending deadlines. They dont deliver on time. Once you start taking follow ups, they stop answering your calls. Its a big scam.
The quality of work is good. Aesthetically pleasing. They visit regularly for visits for maintainance and guide regarding tips for keeping the fishes healthy. My only objection is non adherence to committed time. I can understand it can be due to decreased workforce because of COVID. But still discipline is very much desirable. Had they been particular about time could have given 5 stars.
Aquarist Gallery truly does an state of art work and their creativity is superb. I got a medium size aquarium customised for my living room. I am really impressed with the end results and also with their recommendation of choosing fishes as well as water plants as I am a first time user. Thanks guys for your efforts.

Initially I was quite hesitant of whether the new set up will suit my corner. But Gaurav, Anand asked me to wait n watch patiently. N wow....today I felt that their aquarium setting has made the most gloomy corner look the most beautiful and lively place of the house. The selection of lighting, the selection of Fish, the background and the robust quality of material .... everything takes the five ud83cudf1f! Thanks team Aquarist.
