I had the Worst customer experience with Aquarist. They show me very good designs in beginning through whatsapp. After finalizing the designs through whatsapp, their sales guy asks for 50% advance payment. Just after i agreed to pay advance payment, their Sales Representative reaches my home to collect the cheque or cash, and then they started extending deadlines. They dont deliver on time. Once you start taking follow ups, they stop answering your calls. Its a big scam. Dont trust this company.
I won’t even give them 1 Star...nTheres no option to give Zero Star ⭐ufe0f to them. Or i would have given Zero Stars to this company. A Big Absolute ZERO.nZero Customer Service.nZero for Delivery Time.nZero for Quality.nZero Zero Zero.
This is the worst Aquarium maker and service provider company i have seen in my life.nRunning after money and not responding to customer’s calls is their specialisation.
I really like the aquarium that I got customised to gift to my office senior. Aquarist Gallery not only helped me installed it at my preferred location but also provided great post sales service for maintaining this beautiful art piece. My senior totally loved this unique gift and also were very impressed with Aquarist’s services
Not a local pet store but they help with what they have. They usually do custom tanks for workplaces and homes. Good knowledge about fishes. I got a few fishes and they are healthiest ones in my tank. If I were to buy more fishes for my tank I know this is the place in Gurgaon.
