It has plenty of resources to broaden your mind, not a 24 hour access... But it's compensated by a good atmosphere

Execellent environment for study, good infrastructure. Plenty of books available except for basic/course BOOKS FOR PETROLEUM COURSES, in a university of PETROLEUM. No course books are issued for core subjects like reservoir,drilling, production. Domain & well known petroleum books are in not even in double digits.

Every book which I need or Professors recommend is available here and quality of books is also good.

UPES library is a good place to learn something . It has plenty of books . Fully air conditioned and e-library is also available. Almost every course related books can be found here and you can issue books quite easily
