Gave my Ciaz for usual annual maintenance. I've been a patron of Popular for a really long time. The service and dealings from the executives deserved five stars. But the reason for me to give only 4 stars is due to the dissatisfaction in the delivery of the serviced vehicle. Every time I receive the serviced product it will not be properly cleaned (after the repair) at the workshop and can find grease and soot in the (already beige) interior and for the waxing done I found so many spots on the body which were never cleaned off, and I've addressed this issue not once but for every service I've done here, in person to the customer service executives, but no improvement has seen in that field. For all other sectors you deserve 5 stars. Hope you'd rectify it this time

one of the worst service. never recommend to friends and family. really not satisfied with the service which is provided by them. they are giving free unlimited scratches on glass after service. really worst service.
