Had a bitter experience after availing their service.Initially they told that the deposit amount would be returned within a week and later on I got a message notifying that the deposit amount would be credited only after a month.After one month when I call them the response was due to high number of request they cannot return back the deposit amount and asking me to book another vehicle against the deposit amount to make the adjustment.nnAtleast they should come with a better lie next time.When I scrolled through the reviews I was shocked to see many customers facing the same payment issue.

On August 26th this year, I availed their service for a day and during the booking it was told that deposit amount would be refunded within a week.But later upon the return of the vehicle I was informd that it would take around a month for the deposit amount to be refunded.nnNow its been 3 months and no response from their end. Initially they were coming up with lame excuses like they have already transferred to my account and it might be any technical issue with my bank. But later they confirmed that they havent transferred and offered me another vehicle to balance the deposit amount, which I refused.nnThe only option left is to move legally and I could see many customers are facing the same issue.

Great service. But you need to expand your service area cz when you offer 80km free with a base fare, if I need to get the car which is 20km away and I need to go via the same route that I came through, it ends up in loss for students like us, which tends most of the people to stay away from your service. But the car was pretty clean and I appreciate that. Starting a branch near NIT Calicut will be great.

I have booked Verna unfortunately as per care taker that car met with accident hence they allocated Scorpio. However this place is near to main road that is added advantage. The fact that you can't find this place at fist glance because there were no Flex or name boards all around.
