Staffs are very supportive, very friendly and they listen to your requirements very well.nThe thing I didn't like was the bed if you are going as a couple, then u wouldn't like the bed at all, since they are separated single single mattress when you sleep on them it will part themselves away. Don't order food they even charge for the cutlery 20rs. It's better to have food from near by restaurants they are not very costly plus they give food in quantity as well famous restaurants near by are : Malva, 99North, Dhaka Biryani these are my favorites. Enjoy your stay. The ambience was quite good they have plant inside the room which is a very nice feature. They have some small paintings which are pretty cute.
