i had booked the whole guest house for two days (2nd dec- 4 dec 2020 ) for my relatives for my marriage function. They had closed the guest house without informing me. I had to face lot of trouble in arranging alternate stay arrangement in sort time. They still havent returned my advance amount yet , Very unprofessional .nI would suggest people to choose better OYO hotels .nThis guest house has created horrible experience.

Neat and clean hotel. Very nearby to kiit University. Pleasant place and Clean bathrooms. Just around 5 meters from main road. Had a pleasant stay.

Please don’t book this place.nn1. No sicurity.n2. Anyone can come in and out easily.n3. CCTV not working.n4. Water heater not working.n5. Dirty room & bathroom.n6. Bed linen and towel are stain it’s look like they collet it from street after someone throw.n7. If there is negative marking for cleaning and Maintances then I can give -100.n8. Websites photos and actual place are fully deferent.n9. There is some good reviews for this place but I think owner pay advertising compmay to put good reviews.n10. Please don’t booking this place ever specially for family.n11. There is child Labour working.n12. Full of mosquito.nnMy humble request to owner stop cheating people.

Double bed rooms with ac are quite good. Single bed rooms are ok ok. Price wise it is value for money. In-house kitchen is also present and food quality was good like any restaurant
