Jeeps plying to Vanimal and Valayam solicit customers from this stand till date. Buses to these areas are less that made taxi drivers reap the harvest. You can see people hanging on bonnets and upon carriers. With the Advent of Bengalis, high turnout is seen in the morning searching for jobs. School students have some time no way except depend these taxi service providers. A Marxist boy was bombed to death from this area years ago so people are so happy to go there due to fear.
