Very Poor hospitality...TV and Grazer not working

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Only stayed here as it was my brothers wedding in Patiala and I didnt want to become a burden on anyone.nnFrom the food, the room service, reception service, rooms, I’d say even a backpack place is better. Staff are rude, manager is always on his phone and least interested in his guests. We had many issues and will highly recommend people to stay as far away as possible.nnOur only highlight was coming to a clean room which was made everyday by Raju. We stayed at this hotel for about 8-9 nights and he didn’t disappoint us once.nnI wonder how the hotels owner is paying such staff members and truely hope he reads his reviews.
