Definitely not a 4 star hotel in the present times. It has now become old and stingy. The bathrooms are semi functional at best and the rooms have an old time stingy feel. Avoid it at all costs!

Good place to stay. Food average. Average service. Hand wash option not available at restaurant. Surprise they guide for hand wash at ground floor wash room

Nice place. Ambience was good. But construction was old. Half staff was rude. And could sense a shortage of staff..

I stayed there for 2 days in room number 405. It was terrible experiences for me and my family room had very dim light and bathroom was very dirty. Food is very costly and quality is extremely poor. They have limited menu and you cannot order outside food. Nobody answers the phone on restaurant and room service number. Room service is terrible. You need to remind them 3 times if you need drinking water. If you order something from swiggy or zometo then the hotel won't provide their plates and bowls. They even dont provide crockery for their inhouse restaurant food. I ordered a full meal and i got that in plastic plate. My stay was pathetic.nPlease choose alternative options to avoid nightmare.
