Most pathetic hotel I have ever seen.nI am in Tourism industry for the past 15 years. And this is the most pathetic hotel i have ever seen. The staff here doesn't deserve to work. They are rude, aggressive and ready to even beat you, if you ask them something. I would rather suggest to go a lodge or even hostel rather going to this place.

We loved this place! It was a welcome haven after being screwed over by another hotel. Lovely layout, heritage furnishings, and nice colours. The staff were just wonderful, and we loved the rooftop restaurant and pool! Room was clean, fresh and homey. Definitely recommended.

Staff was great and I feel bad giving them one star but they charged over 70$ for 20 items of laundry which was absolutely ridiculous considering the price of their rooms and prices in other hotels in India of a similar standing. They also shrunk some of the clothing that was supposed to be dry cleaned. I feel management took advantage of us. Would not recommend.

Classic and beautiful hotel, nice one actually but the breakfast bit odd. Nothing to eat, just bread and fruit. the waiter didnt tell me we can order food till foreign tourist come. Which is very weird, when they offer i have lost my appetite.
