The Fern Residency, Jaipur

Honestly this was one of my best stay ever... Starting from hotel staff, service, room everything was excellent. Reception staff and other staff people were very helping and friendly. Price was reasonable.. Room was very neat and clean and at the same time very beautiful. Without any doubt, The Fern residency, Jaipur is one of the brilliant place to stay in. Nice location. Good hotel. Facilities and amenities are also quite good. The staff members are quite supportive. Nothing negative to say about the hotel ..but just to mention that the hotel needs a big parking place. Will surely recommend to stay here. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Very nice and clean ambience, parking is very limited. Rooms are very clean and all accessories are very well placed.nnOnly issue noticed was restaurant not serving properly. Only Buffett was available but that too was limited to some particular guests.

First time I visited in this hotel. And I saw there is no parking space so I parked my car on road side. Then we checked in I saw some guest shouting in reception area and complaining about there room . After that we enter in our room and there is lots of things missing.. no sleepers, dental kit. When I called them then they bring and giving me excuse that coz of cornovirus we are not keeping in room.really??nAbout food..breakfast quality is very poor.nRoom was clean and spacious.nAnd I like to thanks the guy wearing black coat for smooth check in.

I want to bring your attention regarding the hotel staff and management people who are very unprofessional guys. I don't know who have hired them and have no etiquettes to treat there guest. We had arranged marriage function in the hotel with limited people with approval of gov. Norms and guidelines. These guys dont know how to treat there guest and refused to serve food to the guest.there was a small amount which need to be paid and that was only 10percent , our guest went out with out having any food. There manager named Devender was very unprofessional. There were many things which I felt was not right. But I only want the owner or the HR guys to know that please hire a professional people who knows how to handle there guest in hotel industry
