I would like to share a honest feedback basis stay experienced here so that it helps someone to decide a better option. The service experienced was really poor. The staff willingness to service or be hospitable is extremely terrible. The options of food menu is very limited and tasteless so we ended up ordering food on all occassions. We had opted for package inclusive of dinner and we were told that most of the menu is out of bound. The breakfast was also a tasteless and served as if it's just a tick on the box. The staff will leave you with an attitude that they don't want to serve Indian guests. Maybe owing to a heritage property status it gets more foreigners, but the staff needs to be equally hospitable and responsive to all guests. We choose this place on exploratory basis above ITC looking at its central location and regretted our decision. You will end up feeling locked up in your rooms with no service at disposal or just spending time out for food most of the time. There is zero enthusiasm or willingness to make your stay special and you need to give multiple reminders with little results. The service is absolutely below par and maybe its due to pandemic time but we were left disappointed for our family stay..you can avoid and stay at a better service and food option at your disposal with similar tariffs elsewhere

Magical place

Went to Alsisar Haveli with my 14 months old baby and my husband. The stay was one of the best things happened to me since the pandemic broke out. The staff was helpful and resposive. Our room was clean and sanitized before we reached. Everyone at the hotel was wearing mask. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The food was delicious and the outdoor activities are best suited for children with you. I can't thank the staff and the owners enough for making my stay stress-free and amazing ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
