Sadar Haveli Heritage

If you are an absolute heritage lover and can live with bare minimum then it's a place to be. The staff is really nice. And place will feel too good.

Quite a big room for the amount you pay. You could also use the terrace and have the glimpse of the beautiful fort. The garden inside has been beautifully maintained too. You could see a hundred sparrows inside.

We stayed here for two days..nRooms are well maintained, friendly host and workers.. food was also decent loved the Lal maans here. However food should be pre order so that they can prepare for you..nCons:nConnectivity from main road is difficult. You can't get your Big vehicles here! Road is very narrow!nApart from that all in all nice place to stay.

I am not giving this property 5 stars for the decor or the luxury. It's a simple place, no doubt.nnBut it's a 250 year old haveli. The years come through in the way the family takes care of you. It's so personal for them. Mr. Firasat is the main manager of the place, and his family and team help run the place from cooking to cleaning. Fresh, hot Indian food fare with homely care is what you can expect. Veg, non veg, jain...everything fresh.nnIf you are lucky to strike up a conversation with Mr. Firasat's father, don't miss the chance...he's a potful of wisdom.nnI only give a review when something is too bad or too good. In this case, it's the latter. When in Jodhpur, I would love to repeat this place...or atleast go say hello to them.
