Excellent splendid view from the hotel as it is near Helipad. Rooms are also very good perfectly designed and furnished. Only problem was food. Hotel chef need improvement in cooking. Everything else was excellent only food can't be ignored.

The hotel, Retreat Crassula Ovata,nwas near the helipad of Pelling providing an outstanding view of the Mt. Kanchenjunga. Especially, we were thrilled when the peaks became golden color during the sunrise and we witnessed that event sitting right at the balcony of our room. We were accommodated in a superdelux room with an affordable price. The room was big with a lot of amenities. The balcony was the perfect place to witness the sunrise over the Mt. Kanchenjunga in a clear dawn. The food was good, but requires a bit of improvement in cooking style.The behavior of the manager and staff was fantastic.nIn a nutshell, we really enjoyed our stay at the Retreat Crassula Ovata and I strongly recommend this hotel for lodging.

As a Sikkim resident Pelling is my favourite local spot. I stayed at Crassula Ovata for my quarantine and loved the view of the Kanchenjunga and overall experience so o wemt back there after things were normal with my parents. I love this resort. It is one of the best.

Best hotel to stay in. Great Location, view,staff and food. All the critical review about The manager was of an old manager , the new manager is so so so polite. I will definitely recommend it. The view was so good. Kanchanjanga was clearly visible and it is at Helipad where everyone comes to see the view of the great Kanchanjanga
