Owner is kind and helpful but his son and the team are absolutely ignorant and arrogant. The service guy came to my place, damaged the washing machine inlet (which he claimed he wanted to use to clean the tank), didn’t do any cleaning which resulted in death of all my pet fishes I had for last 1.5 years. Called twice and even went to the store but the guy never came after repeatedly saying he would. I would suggest only dealing the old uncle since he’s the only decent person in the store and definitely not his son. It’s a shame to see such an old store with so many old customers, going into the wrong hands.

He is cheat. He sold me a used and broken aquarium at the price of new and he did not admit his mistake.
