Initially reception of the vehicle and customer is usually good. Quality of the service and delivery times vary greatly.

Not good very late at delivery and also very bad servicing... I think something change has to be done at kothagudem branch.... Not satisfied.....

Very bad experience at Varun Motors Kothagudem at the time of my vehicle first servicing. Only few people available for water servicing. Alignment machine not in working condition. From the date of delivery I have problem with my vehicle steering straightness. But I postponed it to my first servicing as it is not a big problem. But at Varun Motors service center Kothagudem alignment machine not working. But persons working here not willing to convince customers regarding this. So finally I got my car without water servicing, without solving steering straightness problem in 1st servicing. Very bad experience at Varun Motors Kothagudem. I am not new to this service center. Using swift from 2016 and previously I didn't face this type of experience here. But now completely changed and it was very very bad.
