Though a great revenue generator for TS, long working hours (almost 12 hrs) need to be revised for employees. Policies on holiday working and overtime needs to be revisited by authorities. Many sincere employees will be benefited if these changes happen.

Singereni is a separate company for the source of coal and etc. People wishes to get job here because of high salaries and incentives given by the company. It ia very peaceful area and decent area. Palvancha is very near to is where power generation station is located. Now this area is under a new district of telangana Badradri kothagudem district.
