Worst policies. Library was filled with arts and literature books. Science, commerce and competitive books were not available. More than 90% books were in Hindi and they don't allow books from outside. sitting space is pretty much small.

Worst place for study, without subscription u can't read a single book and staff behavior is very rude towards us..... So dnt ever think about to go there...

Nice place to read,good books,old not latest but yeah its enough to start ,AC hall ...,u can read there for free and be a member with 500 rs for a year to issue 2 books for a month....
