In city like Lakhimpur which is not having many hotels, it is a good option. Clean rooms and linens. Rooms are spacious but no in room WiFi. Basic amenities are provided. Located towards Sitapur, one can reach highway in no time. Has a small restaurant but in room dining service is not upto mark.
