Pros: Neat and clean hotel.nIf you get road side rooms you will get plenty of sunlight.nCons:nThey are little slow on room food service.nElectricity is problem of lakhimpur. You might get lots of power cuts.nLanguage wise its mix of awadhi and hindi.nnOver all good experience.

A decent neat and clean hotel located at a walking distance from Lakhimpur Bus station. Staff was polite and prompt in response. Food was average and expensive.

The staff is extremely helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The Hotel provides you with almost every facility from Good Room Service, some very Delicious Dishes on the menu to Parking and Shopping Place and every thing you will ask for.nThe ROOFTOP BANQUET place was also great, perfect for all kinds of gatherings be it a reception or wedding. The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor banquet (party place) with the view of the city. And when i say the food was delicious (i mean it)nOverall experience was awsome, i recommend this hotel to every couple and family. You won't regret, just be there. ;)
