I have personally been to Sumeru multiple times for satsangs and various art of living programs. This is a spacious hall and vibe of entire complex is really meditative. Art of living faculty who takes care of the hall is really supportive. I had a really great experience while I did my vtp here. The overall lightening, mats, cooling is well maintained. I recommend this place to everyone who wishes to learn Yoga and to those as well who are eager to move on spiritual path. Do visit to experience it first hand.
