A really spectacular view with a large cage filled with different varieties and species of birds. A must watch for bird enthusiasts. It contains a large lake in between the cage. I kind of get the Jurassic world cage vibes (where the flying dinosaurs were caged) when I go there. Overall a lovely experience.

The Zoological Garden, Alipore is India's oldest formally stated zoological park and a big tourist attraction in Kolkata, West Bengal. It has been open as a zoo since 1876. It is the best place we can visit with our family especially children. We can see animals from different parts of India. Royal Bengal Tiger is the biggest attraction of this zoo.nRecently white lapord have been brought.nAll types of hawker shop at every corner and a mini restaurant is also there in the zoo.nA cheap and entertaining place .

Birds cage located inside the alipore zoo. A variety of birds are there from India and all over the world. You can found Pelican, different Strokes, different types of parrots, emu, ostriches, hill myna and many other birds. Both white and normal peacocks are there. Need little bit more area for some large birds.

This place is really good for bringing kids. You can watch a wide variety of birds from all over the world like Ostrich, Macaw, Peacock etc. But please don't throw foods into the cages. It's harmful to the birds . It's our duty to protect them as many those birds are currently endangered species.
