Really poor conditioned property. I wonder how people have rated high on Google. No room service..very unhygienic rooms..even bed covers were dirty. Location wise very bad. Not at all good for family or any kind of outing. It's better i stayed in the tent than this shot place.nnDONT TRUST THE BIASED ratings done by locals or those who are known to the property.nnReally bad experience overall.

I had good experience here overall. I could have given 5 star if there was equally good restaurant .. may be very soon that will also come. View from balcony was really refreshing.

Hotel is not up to the mark. very untidy, not a good location to stay as mentioned by other reviewers. there is no room service and the price is too high for such a pathetic property.nBetter look for other options in pithoragarh instead of booking this one.

Very bad experience. Rooms were very dirty. No proper cleaniness and no room service. Staff was not friendly. Over priced and location is really bad. Overall had the worst experience. DO NOT go on the reviews posted by locals from pithoragarh. Fake reviews posted to attract tourists. No proper contact number available online to double check.nnWorst experience ever.
