My parents went to Singapore Malaysia and Thailand trip by Kesari tours. My dad is 57 years old. On the last day of Singapore tour he got heart attack. My mum was alone there. Kesari your called my brother and asked to visit office with 2lakh rupees. My brother had visa so he immediately flyed and went to Singapore as soon as my brother reached there Kesari people left my brother and parents alone..nobody has any clue of the place..my dad was admitted in singSingafor 21 days then we couldn't afford medical facility there so we booked air ambulance and bought my father in Pune...we are struggling financially, mentally and physically...my husband was all the time behind insurance company for claim... insurance company not ready to give money for air ambulance...like this we got till now bill of 38+ lakhs bill...and from Kesari we didn't received any help or call . .my dad is still in hospital...it's been more than one month now...instead of helping us Kesari took money of cancellation ticket price for them selves...pl plea don't send your parents by kesaKe tours...if you send then get ready for all these pains which we are going through now
